Occupational therapists are invited to meet with the National Board and AHPRA staff to learn more about the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme (the National Scheme).

The forum will include a presentation from the National Board Chair, Dr Mary Russell and provide an opportunity for practitioners to take part in a Q&A session and to network with peers.

The National Board would like to thank Occupational Therapy Australia for enabling this event to precede its 2014 Victoria State Conference and for venue access prior to conference registration. (Please note that this forum is a free event and is open to all occupational therapists however, not just conference attendees).

Interstate meetings

The Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (the National Board) meets on a monthly basis, typically at the AHPRA National Office, Melbourne. In addition to publishing newsletters, communiqué updates and news items, members of the National Board are holding interstate breakfast forums with practitioners to engage directly about national regulation and related matters.

This will be the Board’s second breakfast forum for 2014. Further events will be held in 2014.

RSVP is essential

The National Board’s breakfast forums are open to all occupational therapists and are free of charge. Please note that RSVP is essential to assist with catering arrangements.

Keep up to date!

An important and easy way to keep up to date with the work of the National Board is to register to receive email updates (you may opt out at any time). Visit the About us section of the National Board’s website to register.
